TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions of Sale: Terms: All orders require a 50% deposit to place order. Balance due prior to shipping. All list prices include basic crating charge. All Customs and Brokerage fees for the continental USA are included. All shipments are F.O.B. our factory, all transportation costs are extra. Prices are subject to change without notice. Replacement parts, due to damage during transport, may be sent free of charge, providing certain conditions are met. Please refer to the "Freight Claim Policy" for details. Orders are NOT returnable. FREIGHT CLAIM POLICY: all shipments must be opened, inspected, and accepted within 48hrs. of delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to file all freight claims. If there is damage due to a shipment, a freight claim must be filed immediately. If a freight claim is not filed, Display Case, inc. will not be responsibile for replacing the damaged merchandise.
